Hello my name is John St. Hilaire, I am a 4th generation roofer.

State Roofing Co. with Joe & John St.Hilaire family is synonymous with roofing excellence in the state of Maine for over 100 years!

I started helping my father, Joe St.Hilaire, when I was only 10 years old. He started State Roofing Co. when he was only 20 years old and supported his family of eight for over 50 years!

I bought the business from my father in 1991 and continue servicing my fathers customers on their second 30 year roof!

I am enjoying 45 years of roofing excellence in the state of Maine!

My crew specializes in standing seam metal, shingles, flat roofs and Cut & Drop for contractors!
